Grief + Loss, Life Transitions

Everyone will experience grief and loss at some point in their life, but everyone’s experience is unique. There are some common patterns among grievers, but many factors influence your own individual journey. I specialize in supporting those in bereavement, complicated grief (complex, ambiguous, etc.), and anticipatory grief.

I have a special interest in working with survivors of suicide loss, having experienced my own loss of a close family member to suicide in 2013.

Life transitions - beginnings, endings, and everything in between - change is hard. Many of life's biggest moments tend to bring highs and lows: graduation, new job, relocation, marriage, children, divorce, death, and more.

These experiences are complex and often lead to complicated feelings which deserve some support and space.
